We wanted to take a moment to remind you of some changes with Litera products occurring this year, and also provide some clarity. Litera will not be renewing maintenance contracts for compareDocs and cleanDocs because they reach their end of life this year.
Going forward, Litera is offering an all-in-one subscription model that provides access to replacement Litera products and legacy
DocsCorp products (Litera Compare, Metadact, compareDocs and cleanDocs). The subscription cost involves an “uplift” of 35 percent as it includes a bundle of their products versus the previous standalone maintenance contracts. Our intent is to provide this information so that you may more accurately plan and budget.
As a reminder, the upcoming end-of-life dates for non-subscription Litera products are:
- cleanDocs – Expired Support on December 31, 2023
- compareDocs and Workshare Compare – Expired Support on December 31, 2023
- Innova and Forte – Expired Support on December 31, 2024
