October is National Cybersecurity Awareness Month

Did you know that this month is National Cybersecurity Awareness Month? 

With massive cyberattacks again in the news as we move into Fall, now is the perfect time to reevaluate your firm’s information security solutions, protocols and training. 

Two weeks ago, Equifax reported that the personal information of most Americans was compromised — twice — in data breaches of their systems. Last week, Deloitte reported a data breach exposing other companies’ and governmental agencies’ passwords and other information.
