iManage Sets End-of-Life Date for FileSite, DeskSite, IDOL Work Indexer & FileShare
iManage users, mark your calendars and begin making your plans: iManage has officially set the end-of-life date for FileSite, DeskSite, Work Indexer powered by IDOL and FileShare as December 29, 2023.
iManage will continue to provide support for the products until June 30, 2023. On December 29, 2023, support articles, documentation and software downloads for the retired components and historical versions of the products will be removed from their site.
These EOLs could require extra time due to necessary additional technology upgrades or changes in order to deploy the upgraded iManage software you use.
The migration path for FileSite and DeskSite is to move to the Work 10 client. This is true for on-premises, AWS and iManage Cloud installations. The migration path for IDOL installations – either on-premises or AWS – is to move to the RAVN Indexer.
