Citrix recently informed Partners that they are retiring their perpetual licensing model and replacing it with a subscription-based model.
We have contacted those clients who may be affected by this change.
Beginning October 1, 2020, Citrix will remove all perpetual licensing SKUs from their catalog and they will no longer be able to be purchased. They are, however, still accepting orders for perpetual licensing until September 30. If you are interested in adding any additional perpetual users to your current licensing plan, please reach out to your Innovative Account Executive.
Citrix has informed us that any organizations with on-premises perpetual licenses will continue to receive support as long as maintenance contracts are renewed and associated software updates are applied.
Additionally, due to this licensing model change, Citrix is offering incentives to help ease the transition for some organizations. The Innovative Computing Systems team is working with our partner team at Citrix to determine your firm's eligibility for these promotions. We will reach out and contact you to discuss any such promotions.
