Support Intro

Step 1: In the box below, enter the support number given to you by the engineer assisting you. Click the Send button to begin the remote support session.

Step 2: You may be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in. Click Ok or Allow to the prompts you receive.

Step 3: With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard. You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time
